Your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and our service.
We are confident you’ll be pleased with EdgeEndo products. If you’re not satisfied, we will gladly refund the purchase price.
Product Returns:
- Please do not return open packs or loose files, burs, or tips. We will honor our satisfaction guarantee on open packs, but we ask that open products not be sent back.
- If you change your mind about your purchase, for any reason, we will happily refund returned unopened products.
- Inspect your products immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if you have any questions or concerns.
- Retain all packaging if you have issues related to damage or missing items.
- There is a 90-day return limit on equipment.
- EdgePRO and EdgePRO accessories are not covered in return policy.
